Policies 

Deposit Policy

For Corporate Billed Students

·You will be required to pay the deposit as negotiated by your employer to complete the registration for the class.

​

· Please ensure within your account you have your Employer/Affiliation selected to receive the correct billing.

​

·When you show up for the class, your deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of the completion of the class and the class fee will be billed to your employer.

​

· If your employer refuses payment for the class or you selected an Employer/Affiliation to which you are not associated, you are responsible for payment for the class and will be invoiced, the issuing of your certification may be delayed until the invoice is paid.

​

All Students

· If you cancel, late transfer or do not show up for the class, the fee as stated in the cancellation policy will be deducted from your class deposit/payment and the remainder will be refunded to you.

Class Cancellation Policy

Payment for the class is due 7 days prior to the start of the class. If the class is being billed to your employer then the deposit must be paid by the student to register for the class. See deposit policy for additional information regarding deposits.

Cancellation or switching class dates for the class you are scheduled for must be done by E-mail (in writing) to  cpr2therescue@yahoo.com
Please note CANCELLATION in the subject line along with the class type and class date.

 

BLS and Heartsaver (CPR) Classes

  •  Early Cancellation (more than 2 days prior to the class start date): $5.00 cancellation fee.

  •  Late Cancellation or Late Transfer (2 days or less from the class start date) or No Show: $50.00 fee.

  • ​Double Cancelations of the same class: After two cancelations of the same course. There will be a $16.00 charge to reschedule.
